As it is mentioned on the cover of the disc, this album is an attempt to see the world of adults with children’s eyes. Neither with the eyes of a toddler, nor of a baby – this would be interesting, of course, but, to tell the truth, rather difficult. Here we find the viewpoints of more or less mature children: they look at their parents, they see the problems and they feel the pain, not less than adults. And maybe even more, because all figures are exaggerated in their world, and this means that all difficulties seem to be more serious. At the same time, happiness is also more heartfelt and real. Well, something like that. If to take into consideration who makes an attempt it’s worth attention as Oleksandr Smyk is one of the best and the most famous Ukrainian bards. He insists on his amateurism – in such work it’s possible to be a professional only if you stay an amateur. In other words – you try to do everything sincerely, because it’s pain or joy. And not because it’s a salary… This is exactly what he does and that is why listening to his songs you can always understand if he is cheerful or dejected. And this is important.
