AbaNDa SHAKE. Shake.

Here is another example of how our musicians become famous at home only after first acquiring fame abroad – and isn't it strange that this scheme is actual till now? Thus, this is about Natalie Dali and Dimitris Crist – the duet AbaNDa SHAKE. Their songs already long ago started being interesting for Europeans, they feel well in the USA, resonate in the Internet community – one could only be jealous. Look: on MySpace portal, this project took the 2^nd rate in the world song competition conducted there, and Natalie Dali also won in a competition for the title of Miss MySpace USA in December 2009. But now, finally, their debut album is released in Ukraine – and this is, by the way, a matter of principle. The musicians emphasize that this is exactly a Ukrainian product: all work on the album was conducted in Kyiv, at their own studio and without participation of foreign sound producers. You will hear the result – no wonder that this music is liked. And it is not for nothing that the duet defines its style as global-intel-pop. It is not even necessary to be a connoisseur or a fan of pop music to hear – the quality causes absolutely no complains, this is the world level, indeed. And it is worth mentioning separately the voice of Natalie Dali – capricious, playfully-cool, changeable, as if a play of light and shade – it sets an interesting tone, creates the atmosphere of a play, in which everything actually takes place. Easily – but not thoughtlessly...
