In the second part – the lyric melodiousness, beauty of the compositions, and Gaytana sings them very emotionally. опис, наведений на сайті - процитовано з опису, який Ви бачите на обкладинці диску. І зверніть увагу, будь ласка: фільм створено саме за мотивами опери Гулака-Артемовського, це не є пряма екранізація.
Але - ми дякуємо Вам, і Ваш коментар залишиться тут. Тож кожен охочий зможе прочитати - і дізнатися більше )

Просимо виправити Умку опис фільму. Насправді це виросло ціле нове покоління українців, котрим їхні діди розповідали про Україну, як рай на землі. Пройшло більш ніж 50 років, як українці попросилися назад на свої рідні землі...
Ось читайте: "Наприкінці травня 1775 року царське військо вступило на Запорожжя. Рятуючись від розправи і подальшого закріпачення, багато козаків утекли до Білгорода, звідки відправили депутації до турецького султана з проханням дозволити заснувати за Дунаєм козацьке поселення. Так з'явилась Задунайська Січ, яка проіснувала понад 50 років (1775-1828) в Добруджі (тепер це територія Румунії).
Задунайські січовики трималися своїх вікових звичаїв. Та турки не дуже довіряли своїм «приймакам», не дозволяли їм утримувати кінноту і артилерію.
Як і на запорозькій стороні, Січ, зведена у селищі Дунавець у 1812 році, складалася з куренів, а також титарні й паланки. У паланці — більш широко розбудованому курені — розміщалися кошовий і військова канцелярія. Курені носили ті ж назви, що й на Запорозькій Січі.
Задунайська Січ не втрачала зв'язків з Україною, поповнювалася втікачами з неї. Та наприкінці 20-х років XIX ст. для задунайців склалися нестерпні умови. На Балканському півострові набуло широкого розмаху повстання проти турецького гноблення. Проти сербів і греків турки посилали й задунайських козаків. Та хіба личило задунайцям битися проти одновірців-християн? А коли розпочалась російсько-турецька війна, османський уряд надумав переселити задунайців у Єгипет. Дізнавшись про цей намір, кошовий Йосип Гладкий вирішив перейти на бік Росії, яка вела на той час чергову війну з Туреччиною.
18 травня 1828 року кошовий, разом з 500 задунайцями, забрали з собою святині Січі — церковний олтар, козацькі грамоти, і на човнах вийшли у море. На фронті саме знаходився імператор Микола, котрий, зважаючи на популярність січовиків в Україні, милостиво прийняв Гладкого і дванадцять курінних отаманів."

Пані Люба зробила слушне зауваження .
Певне: в UMKA-редакції поквапились і пропустили лапки до слова "полонені" (- що (- безумовно ..) підпсовує враження від цього резюме).

фільму (у новій екранізації не бачила, але переконана, що він чудовий, потрібний, оскільки повязаний із сторінкою нашої історії. Саме у цьому моменті допущено помилку в резюме фільму : козаки не були ПОЛОНЕНІ, після скасування указом Катерини Запорізької Січі у 1775 значна частина козаків (якщо не помиляюсь, понад 100 тис.) під проводом Гладкого ПЕРЕЙШЛИ за Дунай під протекторат султана, але з часом почали переговори з російським престолом про повернення на Батьківщину. Саме про це розповідає Гулак, на жаль, у такій легкій, комедійній, опереточній формі. А ми, не знаючи власної історії, сприймаємо сьогодні лише художньо-естетичний бік специфічного (у формі художнього слова) літописання України. Фільм треба популяризувати, даючи інфрмацію про його ідейний зміст -- ДОСТОВІРНУ!!!

(Після титрів з назвою фільму ..) переглянув "Запорожець за Дунаєм" ..(- вцілому ..) з задоволенням . Те ж 'що побачив до (цих титрів ..) - [ніде правди діти] `підпсувало `враження від `перегляду .
(Якщо б перемикаючи телеканали .. натрапив би на самий початок цього кіна .. раніше його не переглянувши)(- певен "більш ніж на 99%") вибрав би інший канал .
Та добре: що: (завдячуючи інтернетмагазину "UMKA") мав змогу подивитись це кіно .. на DVD .

дуже дивно, що під цим гарним фільмом так мало коментарів і відгуків. Фільм надзвичайно красивий, гарний! Найяскравіший продукт українського телемистецтва за останній час.
Було би дуже гарно, якби цей фільм надійшов до мережі кінопрокату. Глядач чекає якісного українського кіна, а цей твір є безперечно взірцем!!!
Ну а головна роль у виконанні Богдана - це просто неперевершена гра справді НАРОДНОГО артиста!

This dvd I purchased as a present for my wife and my Father-in-law. They enjoy it as a classic from days long ago. It is very entertaining to me as I have just seen it for the first time and it is fine comedy, good and clear with no visual problems as a dvd. Good volume as sometimes dvds have low sound , good entertainment!
