Carlo Collodi. Pryhody Pinokkio. (mp3). (The Adventures of Pinocchio)

The first edition of "Adventures of Pinocchio" saw the light in Rome exactly 125 years ago, in 1881. The first edition in Russian – in 1908. Now, you have in front of you the first Ukrainian-language edition in the mp3 format having the form of an audio book. Everyone who knows the difference between fairy-tales about Pinocchio and Buratino knows for sure that this book just must be at home. Nevertheless, it is not that necessarily to compare these two characters. There are not many children books in the world that could be evened with "Adventures of Pinocchio" by popularity – and personally I do not see anything strange here. For the first time, I read this story in childhood with enormous fascination, last time – when I grew about four times older. And again – with enormous pleasure. Possibly, because I now still have a hope to become a real man... However, everybody finds here something for him/herself, some – deep beauty, some – bright adventures, some – the echo of mythology, and some – the gentlemanly set of moral principles. But, as for me, absolutely everybody finds here – the truth, and for this reason this fairy-tale does not die and inspires creativity of many people. For this reason, it lights eyes of children and adults – its truth is clear for everyone. Moreover – I know for sure that Carlo Collodi deserves special gratitude for the Blue Fairy. And, in the end, it means considerably more, indeed, than it may appear at the first sight. But – let everybody reflect on this him/herself...
