Lilya Vavrin. Khochu do tebe. (I Long to You)

Lilya Vavrin releases albums not that frequently – three discs during nine years now. It is not that easy to find her songs on the radio, and virtually impossible – on TV. Nevertheless, even at absence of the elementary advertising, she has remained popular all through these years – and her discs do not lie on shelves too long. The conclusion seems evident – maybe, she does create interesting pop music. In the end, it is not by chance that as long ago as in 2001, she was recognized the best singer of Lviv. Though, she already long time ago managed to move to Kyiv – but it does not seem to have spoilt her in any way. She sings no less beautifully then once, with the quality of the music everything also seems to be all right – therefore, we are happy to introduce her work, as a healthy alternative to the more "promoted" stars. Pay attention, by the way, to that part of lyrics for her songs were composed by Yulia Raj – and she, even before the beginning of her solo career, deserved the glory of a wonderful lyricist. Thus, Lilya Vavrin, "I Long to You": a lyrical, but at the same time energetic album of songs – certainly – about love. With a bit of sadness – because, in general, there are not that many songs about happy love. But also with a deal of light – because a person, while living, cannot but long for a better fate..
