After the ending of the TV show "Voice of the Country", everybody, sure, expected for Arsen Mirzoyan to release a disc. But it could hardly be expected to happen so soon – so, for many the debut album, we believe, is a surprise. Definitely – a nice one. Not only because Arsen has just managed to inspire love of thousands of people – but also because his songs (and he is the author of all the songs on the disc) can hardly be referred to as ordinary. In particular, this applies to the lyrics – surprisingly lyrical, but, at the same time, contemplative, very prominent. Challenging in their simplicity. Similar to lyrics by a person who knows that the world – is love, but still notices a lot of the nuances and details that have not yet become love. Regarding the music – the album was recorded in the studio of Vitaly Telezin, where Okean Elzy, Lama and others are recorded. This was reflected both in the sound, and in the nature of arrangements – however, one cannot say that Mirzoyan has found himself in a bad company. Well, and the rest – it is a matter of taste. Personally I would like to see less straightforward arrangements – to be consistent with saturation of the lyrics – but many, probably, would disagree. Anyway, it's done – and the "first-pancake-is-a-disaster" rule, fortunately, does not apply here.
