"Currently, it is not a secret for anyone that Music causes the medical and healing effect. But few people have reflected on that everything needed for harmonious (healthy) existence of a person on the Earth was created by Nature even before appearance of Music.

All sounds of Nature surrounding us, starting with chirp of a sparrow behind the window and ending with the powerful sound of a waterfall, are wholesome for us. It happens not only because we enjoy listening to wildlife sounds, but also because they are in the high-frequency range of sounding. It is these natural sounds that are able to quickly restore our psychic and physical health. In contrast to them, artificial sounds, such as noise of the public transport, knocking of a mechanical pick, cacophony are low-frequency ones and destroy us from within. That is why I, being a music therapist, assert that it is impossible to fully restore damaged health only with operations and pills. The last and the victorious point should be a rehabilitation period during which the person would "smoothen" vibrations of his/her thin world, and this can be done only by listening to classical music and sounds of Nature..."
