Roman Babych. Dlja velykykh i malen‘kykh ditochok. (For Big and Little Kids)

"Songs in the album perfectly match its name: both children and parents will listen to them. For parents are also children – though big ones already... Actually, the disc appeared due to several reasons. Roman Babych – the author – has long been playing in the Contrabanda.com.ua group. A certain number of his compositions did not fit into the group's music. He had to put such works aside into the drawer – but, finally, the time has come to use them and to pass this message to the audience. Another reason – Roman does not really like what the TV offers now...

The disc "For Big and Little Kids" is produced without any "tusie-pussie", without flirting with children. Roman says: "Once, a mum asked me to compose a song for a 10-year old child. As it appeared later, it was necessary to write not about the Zoo, or the Daddy's birthday – but about "adult" love, about passionate love between boys and girls! Those were to be songs resembling those by Justin Timberlake!.. Wow!!! However, I still made it my way: songs on this CD are about a park of attractions, about a kitten, about a large puddle in the backyard..."
