This disc has this name for two reasons. One – completely material, because Yury Shutko really plays the gold flute of the Japanese company "Sankyo", which specializes in production of concerto instruments for solo performances of world-wide flutists. He is the first musician of the kind in the Eastern Europe. It already testifies to something about the performer's high class – however, the basic thing is, however, something different. The main reason is the mastery, and it causes no doubts. Yury Shutko became the first Ukrainian spirits musician who engaged in solo concerto performances – and achieved success both in Ukraine and abroad. Numerous victories at international competitions, collaboration with all leading orchestras of the country – the virtuoso technique of the musician opens new and new opportunities for him. Due to him, the flute has become a similarly full-value solo instrument, in relation to classic music, as, for example, the violin in Ukraine. Yury Shutko became the first performer of a lot of pieces for the flute (by both foreign and domestic composers) composed especially for him – and it is also a bright sign of real recognition, is not it? However, you do not need to necessarily consider all that – just listen and make sure yourself. You won't hear such light, refined, elegant playing somewhere else, you will even not always hear such playing during serious, wide-scale concerts, this is – something.

Здравствуйте, Анатолий,
если в аннотации есть неточности - это, в принципе, наше упущение, а не Юрия. Однако в данном случае, если не изменяет память, речь идет об успешной сольной карьере не только в Украине (или в СССР, если брать предыдущее поколение), но и в целом ряде зарубежных государств.

Прочитав аннотацию к диску моего молодого и незнакомого мне коллеги-испытал чувство неловкости .Неужели Ю.Шутко действительно считает,что всё сольное музицирование на духовых инструментах на Украине началось с него?Видимо ему не приходилось встречатся с Олегом Кудряшовым,который начал заниматся этой деятельностью более 40 лет тому назад.Могу назвать ещё несколько имён музыкантов.активно концертировавших в 70-80 годы.Я являлся солистом Киевской филармонии,Союз.концерта и Укр.концерта.Выступал с сольными концертами во всех крупных городах Украины,солировал с гос.симф.орк Украины,Киевским камерным,оркестром радио,камерным орк.оперного театра,Харьковским и Крымским симф.оркестрами.Регулярные сольные концерты во всех ведущих залах Киева-филармонии,органном зале,Андреевской церкви ит.д.
Цикл концертов"История камерной музыки для флейты " ---просто захотелось напомнить некоторые факты.Подобная самонадеянность-плохой признак.,вне зависимости от творческого потенциала.
