The previous disc by "Radunytsya" choir was devoted to Christmas carols and schedrivkas – you could already see it in our store before. Well, and the new album represents children's songs. And, we should say, the album pleasantly impresses not only with the amount of material (and this is more than 40 songs) – but also with its diversity. First, this refers to the songs: there are counters, patters, fairy-tale songs and dances, spring songs, songs about the native land, about God, about young animals and birds – one could hardly mention everything. Second – diversity related to the method of performance: there is a capela singing, and singing accompanied with a piano, and with folk instruments. Thus, the listening appears both interesting and educative. Besides, "Radunytsya" sings well indeed. Not because ideally, but because – well, just well, and there is in it something truly lively, more important than ideality.
