In connection with the release of this disc, one has to feel sorry for just one thing – that this is a single, not a full format album. Because it sounds so saturated and delicious – one necessarily longs for continuation.. Victor Solomin is virtually the only jazz domra-player in Ukraine, therefore the both of his ethno-jazz projects – "SolominBand" and "DomRa" – have here no immediate analogues just by definition. Besides, in contrast to the first of them, "DomRa" can boast two key instruments at once: those are the domra and the vocal, and it is they that provide the "ethnic component" of the sounding here. However, Victor Solomin can be named a universal player – both because apart from domra he also plays the button accordion and the piano, and because he has relationships with classic music no worse than with jazz one.

Well and here, actually, you will hear three pieces: the author's piece that also gave its name to the disc, and two variants of arrangements of a Ukrainian spring song, "Oh, Girls, Come Out". And it should be mentioned that the vocalist of the project, Anastasia Druzyuk, in her time took part in folklore expeditions – therefore, there is a hope that folk songs not too worn out by the pop culture will continue appearing in the project's repertoire in the future..
